End of Summer Photos

We had quite a few rain showers this year. Brooklyn loves to go play in the rain--usually in a shirt and diaper but I finally found this cute rain jacket. She loves splashing around on the deck.

So every time I grunt or groan, B asks "You o.k. mommy?" And I usually say yes, I just can't bend over, or the baby is just kicking. This time, she informed me that the baby was hungry and ran and got her baby bottle--lifts up my shirt and stuffs the bottle in my belly button. If only it were this easy!
Here's me and Caitlin at the start of her bachelorette party. I got her the sexy boa and a few other fun things :]

Jumpin' is Brooklyn's new favorite place to play

Brooklyn loves to "go to the bouncy house" at Jumpin. She gets quite the workout and is pretty daring on the big slides. About 5 older kids climb over the top of her by the time she climbs the ladders to the top of the slides. She isn't scared though...which I love. Daddy can bounce her even higher!
Crawling through the obstacle course.
Sliding down one of the bigger, steeper slides. Yikes.

Our 6th Anniversary!

Can't believe it's been 6 years--where does the time go? Well, normally we do a huge travel trip for our anniversary--last year was Paris. But since we have an 8 1/2 month pregnant lady who doesn't feel so good--we decided to take a "staycation". We maybe thought of doing a CO trip or even to Denver...but I really didn't want to be in a car. We will probably hit Vegas after the second baby is born. We had Nick/Melissa take Brooklyn overnight. We got up and went to the Celestial Seasonings plant for a tour. I loved the mint room. The tour was actually pretty fun. We also went out to eat then hit a movie we've been wanting to see--The Hangover. It was absolutely hilarious and I highly recommend it. Then on Sunday we hung out with Brooklyn and did some local stuff. On Monday, our actual anniversary, we had a couple's massage and then went to a new sushi restaurant.
Dinner at the Asian Bistro...definitely not as good as Suehiro's!! But the sushi was still delicious.

I love this man....

Random Photos from the last month

Check out those eyes for Nathan! This was the first time I got her to eat more than one bite of an icecream bar.I have a goatee, daddy.
At the Rockies game with Josh's parents. B was overwhelmed by it all, but was in good spirits despite the fact she never took a nap. She like watching for "Ariel" on the jumbotron. I told her the jumbotron was for seeing which players were cute.
Still going strong at the 7th inning.
This is one of B's daily activities. All stuffed animals get to come downstairs to play. She throws them all down the stairs, then later on mommy puts them all back on her toy shelf in her room.

Caitlin's Wedding!!!

We had so much fun at Caitlin and Josh's wedding. I was a bridesmaid and Josh was an usher. It was wonderful and I wish them all the best. My dress was only 8 sizes bigger than my normal size--what a belly I have!I made all the bouquets...I was a little nervous for the bridal bouquet but it turned out sooo beautiful. Maybe I can always fall back on floral arrangements if the art thing doesn't work out. I danced the night away. It had been a long time--thank God for maternity support belts or I would have gone into labor that night.
