Here's WHY my kids always make me LAUGH...

So when Ty puts himself to sleep or needs to calm himself, he puts his hands behind his back and sways his head like he's giving himself a massage. SO CUTE. One time he even tried this in the bathtub when he got freaked out--just splashed water in his face and made it worse.

Brooklyn went upstairs and got her pajamas on all by herself. She's been doing this for a while, except this time she added a few extras--dug the slippers and headband out of her closet!!

Feeding the Ducks and Running OUT of GAS!!

My friend Suzanne and I went out for sushi, then took the kids to feed the ducks. B had a great time and Ty slept through it all.

I am so stupid--on the way home we ran out of gas!! First time I have ever done that. Brooklyn took all these pictures of the junk yard where we waited for daddy to bring us some gas.

All Brooklyn was doing was eating goldfish crackers....but the action of showing them on her tongue then making them disappear had him absolutely rolling!!

Easter Morning

Waking up happy Easter morning. We had a lazy morning with cinnamon rolls, then headed off to church.So it wasn't so much of an egg hunt as an egg pick-up. Check out how close they are from each other :] Brooklyn was a little on edge from how many kids and parents were running around.

Brookyn finished her First Gymnastics Class

B took a six week gymnastics class and I have to say what a huge waste of money. The instructor didn't do ANYTHING except catch the kids in the pit. The entire hour was free for all and she would just yell out where the kids could play. So disappointed and so expensive--like we just rented the place instead of taking a class!Here she is hanging on the bar.

Making Easter Eggs with Evan and Jonah

So, while I was nursing and my friend was watching B and Evan...Brooklyn dropped one of her eggs. She then decided to proceed to roll ALL of her eggs off the table in order that they would be cracked.
In her mind..."THEY are HATCHING!!"

Our big trip to "Missconsin"

Okay, so we were crazy and decided to drive to "Missconsin" (As Brooklyn pronounces it). It was 16 1/2 hours EACH WAY!

Look at me daddy. I am driving too.Meeting cousin Will for the first time. Three months apart but Will is gaining on Ty. Can't wait to see them together this summer.

This was the intestional display...enter into the mouth-crawl through the stomach, intestines...all with sound effects of course-- THEN....Exit into the toilet that's on the floor :]

Fun water world down on the lower level. I wish FC had this place. I guess we are getting one this fall. YAY.

Going Back Home with a day stop in Lincoln

We got to see my sister and her family for a day on the way back. Bo and Brooklyn played so well together. My sis and I got to work out together and it was great--wish she lived in CO.

Ty is wrapped up for the park here!Brooklyn had to borrow Bo's clothes...it was colder than we expected.

Ty was a pretty happy traveler...that is once the crying stops after he first gets into the carseat.Brooklyn read lots of books and even took a nap.
