PRESCHOOL.....

Brooklyn was Duper Duper Duper Excited for Preschool to start!

For two weeks prior she told all her friends about it and every time we drove by she squealed with delight.
Hanging up her Dora backpack.

Checking out the boys....all she really talked about was "Jack". I asked her how it went and she said "Good" and "She liked it". But then when we got home she started telling Tyler all about it and also Grandma got the full scoop about recess, circle time, Jesus time.....

Guess mom's always the last to know!

So lately every time Ty sees the red-eye flash on the camera he starts squinting really bad and smiles this goofy smile while sniffing air through his nose really loudly.And again.
And again...

Summer 2010-- Numero Dos

Kaia had her 9th birthday this August. We took her swimming to celebrate.Shaking off water and getting Brooklyn wet!
Practicing eating with a spoon. Avocado all over his nose and face.

And lots of swimming at our gym's outdoor pool!

We even pack a picnic sometimes!

We spent another Friday night up at Vedauwoo, WY.

In the morning we even went rockclimbing and the kids had fun watching us.

Happy Anniversary to US!

So it's been 7 YEARS!!! I keep joking with Josh about the seven year itch....and hopefully we'll make it through another one. I told him no more lunch dates with his "work wife".
We went to eat at OUTBACK our favorite place for crab legs!! Yummmm.
Then we headed to a secluded natural area to watch the sunset and enjoy ourselves.

So Beautiful.

Cheyenne Mountain Zoo

My friend Amy introduced me to the zoo in Colorado Springs. It is such a neat zoo and lots of great hills to walk. I LOVED the giraffe sculptures in the entryway.

You could feed the giraffes--my favorite part. Here Brennan is having his turn.

This little goat seemed tired and hot. But a good sport for Kami and B.

I loved this elephant. He is soooo cute to me.

How adorable to share your tail as a pillow.

The kids spent about 20 minutes interacting with two different gorillas.

The gorillas touched the glass, sucked their thumbs, and watched the kids laugh and giggle.

I finally nursed Ty to sleep...poor little guy was tuckered out.

Broncos Pre-Season Scrimmage!!

We went down to Denver and met Naomi for the pre-season scrimmage. We had awesome seats and it was really fun. I think this will be a new yearly tradition for us!Brooklyn loved doing the wave but Tyler was a little freaked out when everyone was stomping and screaming so loud. He let out a couple cries just a few minutes behind each "wave" leaving our area. It was kinda funny--is that bad to say?
"Where's T-Bone??" Brooklyn is a big Tim Tebow fan!

Larimer County Fair

We love going to the Fair!! So our little group has grown to three strollers and six kids!! Na-Na and Jenna enjoy the hamburgers and dogs! This is Elli, Brooklyn's newest little buddy. She calls her "EL" for short.Getting tickets with daddy to go on the rides.

Wheeeee....(Phewwww) She liked it and I was surprised.
